Thank you for shopping with Trunkside. We currently ship orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Trunkside products are shipped from within the United States.

Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping within the United States on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracked shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package until delivery.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, please contact us promptly with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
